Train For Tennis

Court speed, rotational power, and the physical conditioning to outlast your opponent in every set.

What This Does For Your Game

Rotational Power

Every groundstroke, serve, and volley is driven by rotation through the hips and trunk. We develop the core strength, hip-to-shoulder separation, and explosive rotational power that adds pace to your shots.

Court Speed & Agility

Tennis demands constant changes of direction — split steps, lateral shuffles, recovery runs. We train the acceleration, deceleration, and multi-directional footwork that gets you to every ball a fraction faster.

Shoulder & Joint Health

The serve and overhead put enormous stress on the shoulder, elbow, and wrist. We strengthen the rotator cuff, improve scapular control, and build the joint resilience that lets you play through a full season without breaking down.

What The Training Involves

1

Physical Assessment

We assess your mobility, strength, and movement quality to identify the physical limitations that affect your game — whether that’s restricted shoulder range, weak glutes, or poor lateral stability.

2

Mobility & Stability Work

Targeted drills for hip, thoracic, and shoulder mobility combined with stability exercises for the ankles, knees, and core. These improve your range of motion and keep your joints healthy under repeated loading.

3

Strength & Power Development

Lower-body strength for court coverage, upper-body strength for shot power, and rotational exercises like medicine ball throws and cable work that directly develop the forces used in tennis strokes.

4

Court-Specific Conditioning

Interval work that mirrors the demands of competitive tennis — short bursts of high-intensity effort with brief recovery. We build the aerobic base and repeat-effort capacity to stay sharp in the third set.

Who It’s For

Club & League Players

You play regularly and want a physical edge. S&C training improves your movement on court, adds power to your shots, and helps you recover between matches during a busy league season.

Competitive Juniors

Young tennis players benefit enormously from building a physical foundation early. We develop strength, speed, and coordination alongside their technical coaching — reducing injury risk as training loads increase.

Players Managing Elbow or Shoulder Pain

Tennis elbow, shoulder impingement, and wrist issues don’t have to end your season. We address the root causes — weakness, imbalance, poor load management — so you can play without pain.
