Everything you need to know about training at HVPT.
Not at all. Every class is coached and scaled to your level. Harry adapts the session so complete beginners train alongside experienced members — everyone gets pushed at their own intensity.
Yes — your first class is completely free, no card details needed. Just pick a session, book it, and turn up. If you want a fuller introduction, ask about the 3 Sessions + 1 PT starter package.
The Engine Shed, Station Yard, Station Road, Sharnbrook, MK44 1PD. We’re in the heart of Sharnbrook with easy access from Bedford, Rushden, and surrounding villages. There’s free parking on site.
Comfortable gym clothes, trainers, a water bottle, and a towel. Everything else is provided. Arrive 5 minutes early so Harry can run through any questions before the session starts.
We run four class types: HIIT+RUN (cardio-focused intervals), Peak Performance (athletic conditioning), Power Precision (strength and control), and More Mobility (flexibility, recovery, and movement quality). Check the Classes page for the full timetable.
Classes are small groups, capped to ensure everyone gets individual attention and coaching. This isn’t a big-box gym — Harry knows every member by name.
Join the waitlist by messaging Harry. If a spot opens up, you’ll be notified automatically. Popular sessions fill up fast, so book ahead when you can.
Yes. All membership plans give you access to all class types. Use your credits on whichever sessions suit your schedule and goals.
1-to-1 personal training sessions are £42 per hour. For more details on what’s included, visit the Personal Training page.
Every session is built around your goals. Harry programmes your training, coaches you through every exercise, and adjusts the plan as you progress. Sessions cover strength, conditioning, mobility, or sport-specific training — whatever you need.
Absolutely. Many members do both — group classes for conditioning and community, PT for individualised strength work or specific goals. Harry can programme around both.
Group PT lets you train with a partner or small group — sessions are available for 2, 3, or 4 people training together.
When you book, the lead booker pays their share at the time of booking. Every other participant receives a payment link via email and pays their share individually. The session is only confirmed once everyone has paid.
There’s a 48-hour deadline — if all payments aren’t received within 48 hours of booking, the session may be released back into availability.
Pricing per person:
One credit = one class. Your credits are a monthly bank — use them however you like. Train six times one week and twice the next. Unused credits don’t roll over to the following month.
Monthly memberships are paid by Direct Debit. Credit packs and one-off purchases are processed through Stripe (card payments). PT sessions can be booked and paid by contacting Harry directly.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle. Just let Harry know or update through the app.
Monthly memberships run month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. Pay-as-you-go has no commitment at all.
Message Harry on WhatsApp to book your spot. You can see the full schedule on our Classes page and message to check availability.
Cancel with 24 hours’ notice and your credit is returned. Late cancellations or no-shows will use the credit. This keeps things fair for everyone on the waitlist.
Sessions start on time. If you’re a few minutes late you can still join, but arriving on time ensures you get the proper warm-up and get the most from the session.
The Academy is our youth training programme for ages 13–17. It builds athletic foundations — strength, speed, coordination, and confidence — in a structured, age-appropriate environment. Visit the Academy page for full details.
The Academy is designed for young athletes aged 13–17. Sessions are structured by development stage, not age alone, so every athlete is challenged at the right level.
No prior experience needed. The programme starts with movement fundamentals and builds progressively. Harry coaches every session and ensures technique is developed safely from day one.
