Train For Cricket

Explosive speed, bowling resilience, and the physical conditioning to perform from the first over to the last.

What This Does For Your Game

Explosive Speed & Power

Quick singles, sharp turns between the wickets, and powerful throws from the boundary all depend on fast-twitch muscle and reactive strength. We train the acceleration and deceleration patterns cricket demands.

Bowling Resilience

Bowling puts enormous force through the lower back, shoulder, and front knee. We strengthen the posterior chain and build trunk stiffness so you can maintain pace and accuracy through long spells without breaking down.

Rotational Power

Batting and throwing are full-body rotational movements. We develop hip-to-shoulder separation, core anti-rotation strength, and the ability to generate force through the crease — whether you’re driving through the covers or launching from the boundary.

What The Training Involves

1

Physical Assessment

We assess your movement quality, identify any restrictions or imbalances, and understand the physical demands of your role — whether you’re a pace bowler, batsman, wicketkeeper, or all-rounder.

2

Speed & Agility Work

Sprint mechanics, acceleration drills, change-of-direction training, and deceleration work. These sessions sharpen the explosive movements you rely on between the wickets and in the field.

3

Strength & Power Development

Posterior chain work — deadlifts, hip thrusts, Nordics — combined with rotational power exercises. We build the base strength that protects your body and generates force when it matters.

4

Shoulder & Trunk Conditioning

Throwing and bowling put the shoulder through extreme ranges. We strengthen the rotator cuff, improve scapular control, and build the trunk stiffness that keeps your arm and back healthy through a full season.

Who It’s For

Club Cricketers

Whether you play Saturday league or midweek T20, dedicated physical training gives you an edge. Run faster, bowl longer, and recover quicker between matches.

Junior & Academy Players

Young players developing their game benefit hugely from proper S&C. We build a physical foundation that supports skill development and reduces the risk of overuse injuries during growth years.

Bowlers Managing Niggles

If your lower back, shoulder, or knees flare up during the season, we address the weaknesses behind the pain — so you can bowl without dreading the morning after.
