Harry Vine — HVPT founder and head coach

Meet Harry Vine

Harry has been coaching and competing across multiple sports since the age of 9 — from cricket and football to golf and strength training. That lifelong love of sport and performance is what drove him to build HVPT.

He created HVPT because he believes everyone deserves coaching that actually works — not just a gym membership that collects dust. At 22, he’s already earned a reputation in Sharnbrook for sessions that are tough, expertly programmed, and genuinely enjoyable.

Harry coaches every single session himself. No assistants, no shortcuts. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete, he meets you where you are, corrects your technique in real time, and pushes you further than you’d go alone.

No. Every class is scaled to your level. Harry coaches the technique, not just the workout — complete beginners train at HVPT every session.

What happens at my first session?

Harry will introduce you to the gym, show you around, and pair you with the right class for where you are now. There’s no pressure and no expectation — just a chance to see if HVPT is right for you.

How much does it cost?

We offer flexible monthly memberships and a trial option. Message Harry directly for the option that suits you best — he’ll give you a straight answer.

What class should I start with?

If you’re new, HIIT+RUN or More Mobility are the best starting points. Harry will recommend the right one based on your goals when you get in touch.

Can I come if I’ve never been to a gym before?

Yes — that’s exactly who HVPT was built for. Harry coaches people from complete beginner to competitive athlete, and every session is structured so nobody gets left behind.
