Yes, we offer nutritional guidance as part of our personal training packages. We believe that proper nutrition is essential for achieving your fitness goals. However, HVPT do not offer specific advice or meal plans - this is best left to the nutrition experts!

Training sessions vary depending on which session you choose. Please check the Bookings page on the website to see our training sessions and associated timings.
2-3 times per week will be enough training to achieve most goals. However, training once a week is without a doubt better than nothing, and is much more achievable for most people. Anything above 3 times per week will also be very beneficial.

The focus is on correct form and technique to mitigate against injuries and maximise results. We also focus on evidence-based exercise, not just the latest trends that come and go.
- We use a large variety of equipment across all session types, including specialist bikes and rowing machines, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more!
