Set Up Your Profile
Enter your weight, height, goal (fat loss / maintenance / muscle gain), and daily activity level. The app uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation to calculate your personalised calorie and macro targets. Takes about 60 seconds.

Your Dashboard
The main screen shows your calorie ring (green = on track, amber = close, red = over), macro progress bars for protein, carbs and fat, and your water tracker. On training days, your calorie target automatically increases based on what you're burning in class.

Adding Food — Search
Tap the + button on any meal slot. Search over 2 million UK products from Open Food Facts, or choose from our built-in database of 100+ common gym foods like chicken breast, rice, oats, and protein powder. Select your portion size and the macros calculate automatically.

Barcode Scanner
Tap the Scan tab and point your camera at any food product's barcode. The app looks it up instantly and fills in all the nutritional values. Just enter how much you're having and you're done.

Manual Entry
Know the values already? Switch to Manual and type them in. You can enter values per 100g (and the app calculates based on your portion) or per serving (takes the values as entered). Quick weight buttons make portion entry fast.

Saved Meals
Eat the same breakfast every day? Log it once, tap "Save as Meal", give it a name — then re-log the whole thing with one tap next time. Works for any combination: your morning bowl, post-training shake, or go-to lunch.

Favourites
Tap the star on any logged food to save it as a favourite. Your favourites appear in a dedicated tab for quick one-tap logging. Great for foods you eat regularly.

Active Calories
Your HVPT class bookings automatically calculate your calorie burn using personalised MET formulas based on your weight. See the breakdown: "HIIT+RUN 18:00 — 337 kcal ✓". After class, you can adjust with an effort rating (1-10) or enter your smartwatch reading.

Activity Logger
Did a run? Played golf? Went hiking? Tap "+ Other" and choose from 19 common activities. Enter the duration and the app calculates the burn. You can also add custom activities with your own calorie estimate.

Water Tracking
Your daily water target is calculated from your bodyweight (35ml per kg). On training days, it automatically adds 500ml. Quick-tap buttons for 250ml, 500ml, and 750ml make logging easy throughout the day.

Weekly Summary
See your 7-day overview with a bar chart showing daily intake vs target. Green bars = on track, amber = slightly off, red = significantly over. Remember: "Focus on the week. One day doesn't define you."
